The Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the website development services provided by the Service Provider to clients.
Subject of the contract
The Service Provider undertakes to create a website for the Client, provide maintenance, and offer related services (e.g., domain registration, hosting) in accordance with the conditions specified in the T&C, the quotation, and the Client's order confirmation.
Service fee and payment terms
- The service fee is determined based on the individual quotation agreed with the Client.
- Advance payment: 50% of the total fee is payable after signing/confirming the contract.
- Final invoice: the remaining amount is payable upon project delivery and website activation.
- Payment method: cash or bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account.
- In case of late payment, the Service Provider is entitled to charge late interest in accordance with the Civil Code.
Completion / Handover
- The service completion date is the deadline specified in the individual order.
- After delivery, the Service Provider ensures that the website is handed over to the Client in a fully operational state, including content upload.
- Upon acceptance of completion, the Client is entitled to inspect the delivered website and provide feedback.
Contract modification and termination
- Contract modifications require written agreement by both parties.
- The Client may withdraw from the contract at any time, paying for the work completed proportionally.
- The Service Provider may terminate the contract if the Client seriously breaches obligations (e.g., non-payment).
Liability
- The Service Provider is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or third-party rights violations of content provided by the Client.
- The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by third parties affecting the website (e.g., hosting issues, external attacks).
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, fire, internet outage), the Service Provider is exempt from liability.
Data protection
- During the service, the Service Provider handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- By using the service, the Client accepts the data processing rules.
Copyright
- Copyright of the website design, code, and created content belongs to the Service Provider until full payment is made by the Client.
- After payment, the Client receives the right to use the website, but copyright remains with the Service Provider (e.g., source code, templates).
Dispute resolution
- Hungarian law governs the contract.
- The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.
- If negotiations fail, the competent Hungarian court shall have jurisdiction.
Other provisions
- By entering into the contract, the Client declares that they have read and accept the T&C.
- The T&C is valid together with the quotation and the Client’s order confirmation.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to update the T&C and will notify the Client of any changes on the website.
